BuxMont Kehillah
What is Kehillah?
The Kehillah ("community" in Hebrew) is
an alliance of synagogues, community volunteers and representatives from
Jewish community organizations who work collaboratively to create an
inspired Jewish community. The Kehillah works on creating dynamic
programs, educational experiences, events and service opportunities to
insure that needs are met and the quality of Jewish life is enriched in
the community.
Bux-Mont is a fast growing suburban segment of the Jewish community of Greater Philadelphia. The region includes the northeastern part of Montgomery County as well as adjacent southwestern Bucks County, with major population centers in Blue Bell, Fort Washington, Plymouth Meeting, Ambler, Dresher, Jenkintown and Warminster.
