Bucks County Kehillah
What is Kehillah?
The Kehillah ("community" in Hebrew) is an alliance of synagogues, community volunteers and representatives from Jewish community organizations who work collaboratively to create an inspired Jewish community. The Kehillah works on creating dynamic programs, educational experiences, events and service opportunities to insure that needs are met and the quality of Jewish life is enriched in the community.
Bucks County is home to the third largest Jewish community in the state of Pennsylvania. This area is experiencing constant growth as neighborhoods become small towns and small towns become cities. Spanning from Yardley in the east to Doylestown in the west, New Hope in the north and Levittown in the south, over 46,000 Jews call Bucks County home.
